MODULE PURPOSE
A.
Introduction to the OFA 1 Role
- 1.This module introduces the Operational Functional Analyst (OFA) Level 1 role and establishes a foundational understanding of its purpose within the organization.
- 2.Participants will learn how OFA 1 serves as the entry point into the OFA career path and how the role contributes to operational success through dependable execution, collaboration, and continuous learning.
B.
Building a Foundation for Stewardship
- 1.As an entry-level contributor, the OFA 1 focuses on developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary to support established stewardship.
- 2.Rather than owning stewardship independently, the OFA 1 learns to work within existing frameworks, processes, and priorities while gaining an understanding of how stewardship is exercised throughout the organization.

Understanding Individual Contribution
- 1.This module emphasizes the importance of individual contributions and how assigned work supports team objectives, business operations, and organizational outcomes.
- 2.The learner will develop an appreciation for the relationship between daily responsibilities and larger organizational goals, helping them understand the value and impact of their role.
