Module 5 - Discovery and Communication Basics

A learner has completed Module 5 when they consistently confirm understanding before acting on it, prepare open questions in advance of any discovery conversation, and can point to at least one real meeting summary where decisions and open items were captured clearly despite a conversation that did not stay perfectly on track.
